Cipriana Phillips
Cipriana is born and raised in Idaho. She grew up camping in Garden Valley, Rafting down Indian Creek in Kuna, and going to shows at The Venue downtown.
Cipriana got her start in real estate managing the home she grew up in as a rental for her family. After having her own kids, she purchased her first home and fell in love with the world of real estate. Cipriana has worked in the industry for nearly 4 years now. Beginning with assisting agents on her team, she quickly worked up to managing over 100 rental properties.
During her time as property manager, she assisted in; property sales and inspections, remodeling and project coordination, cost/benefit analysis, and more on a regular basis. She has unique perspective and first hand experience when it comes to the management and maintenance of investment properties.
Cipriana is excited to help you buy or sell your next home or investment! She thrives on honest and timely communication, building relationships, and attention to detail.
